device that filters access to protect a network.
Net2Phone cannot work through a proxy server under any circumstances.

to work on Windows 98
To get Net2Phone to work
with Windows 98 in full duplex, you will need to download the
latest drivers for your sound card from the manufacturer’s
website. Once you update the drivers, you will need to re-install
Net2Phone.
